Here is what collaborating with us looks like. If you are thinking of organising one of our training courses for a group of people,  we have made it very simple for you - all we need is to fix a time and place and to know who's joining. 

WHO'S JOINING

You send us the details of the people you want to attend the training.

LEARNING MATERIALS

Participants  have the opportunity to ask the Instructor any questions and gain life-long access to a bunch of learning materials.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Participants  have their individual coaching online, usually 2-3 weeks after the training date. 

TRAINING INVITATION

Either online or face-to-face, we will send a meeting invite to all attending with every detail.

TAKING NOTES

Participants are invited to take their own notes as the training rolls to access later.

IMPACT SURVEY

A month after the training we will ask participants to fill in our Impact Survey to assess how their ways of working have improved.

PRE-TRAINING SURVEY

We ask participants to fill in a

pre-training survey to help us assess their current ways of working and tailor the training content.

BOOKING COACHING

If included in your training package, participants book their individual coaching that will happen in a few weeks to cement the learnings. 

WE ARE HERE IF NEEDED

If after +6 months you feel the team could do with a refresher, get in touch and we will sort it.

DISCOVERY MEETING

We meet briefly online to discuss the results of the pre-training survey and discuss how we can best tailor the training content.  

TRAINING FEEDBACK

Participants fill in an end of training evaluation to let us know their thoughts, which we will

review with you.
